  You can shop with us online, and we offer shipping and curb-side pickup. 

If you don't know what you are looking for online,  we are happy to set a video call to talk and share artwork for you.

  Information You May Need

To provide a smooth and enjoyable online shopping experience, we believe all store policies need to be clear, fair and transparent. Take a look below to know more about ours, and reach out with questions.

  Exchange or Store Credit 

​

Eran Craft Gallery is happy to offer exchange or gallery credit for items brought or sent back within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our artworks and our relationship with our vendors, we cannot accept returns.

​

For exchanging or gallery credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

​

  Sale items 

​

Only regular-priced items may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit. All sales are final on reduced-price and seasonal items.

  Damaged items 

​

If you believe your artwork is defective, damaged in transit, or your order was sent to you incorrectly, please contact us for an exchange. You can reach out to us at info@erancraftgallery.com.

  Shipping items for exchange 

​

To return your product to us for exchange or Gallery credit, contact us at info@erancraftgallery.com

​

Shipping costs for returning is your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.

Despite our commitment to our customers, the gallery will not be responsible for returned items lost in the mail.
