IS ONLINE ORDERING SECURE?

​Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means). The server that hosts our online store encrypts the transmission of all credit cards and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

All of the information you provide during the ordering process is restricted to our staff, and we make sure that all of our employees up-to-date on our security and privacy policies. WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS? 

​We deliver the art crafts by the following options:

1. Domestic Standard Shipment use Canada Post, the cost will be charged to the invoice.

2. Special Shipment: If you are in Toronto and select this option, the art crafts will be delivered to your locations by one of the gallery staff.

3. curb-side pickup: If you are in Toronto, we can arrange an appointment for your curb-side pickup.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?

​Eran Craft Gallery is happy to offer exchange or gallery credit for items brought or sent back within 7 days of purchase. Due to the nature of our artworks and our relationship with our vendors, we cannot accept returns.

​For exchanging or gallery credit, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or returned for gallery credit. All sales are final on reduced-price and seasonal items.
